Welcome to the website of the Exeter Estate Agents Association, where we are delighted to share a summary of our values, aims and objectives. The Exeter Estate Agents Association is a group of local property experts who are committed to providing an ethical and professional service to buyers and sellers alike. Together we endeavour to assist all parties involved in the sale process striving for a smooth transaction and satisfactory end result.
I am delighted to have been appointed as Chairman of the Association for 2017/18 and am looking forward to working closely with some of the most experienced property people in the area. Buying or selling a property is an important and expensive decision and the success can depend on whose hands you place your trust in. All members of the Association are established estate agents in their own right and who have a wealth of knowledge for their clients to benefit from. The Associations code of conduct is at the heart of what we do, with member agents always striving to achieve the best for their respective clients.
We are fortunate to work in the cathedral city of Exeter, a very sought after part of the country with many people relocating to Devon and an expanding University attracting thousands of young people to live and enjoy the city. This popularity can bring its own challenges and with some uncertain times ahead, members of the EEAA are uniquely placed to ensure that we offer the best possible advice to our clients and add value to their sale process. Whether buying, selling, or looking for a surveyor, you can be confident in receiving a high quality professional service when using an EEAA member.
