Welcome to the Exeter Estate Agents Association.
We are a group of established local property experts that work together to provide an ethical and professional service to our clients.
The smooth and efficient sale of a property, so often relies upon the relationships between the parties involved. At the EEAA, this is central to what we do. As a group of Exeter estate agents, who have been working in the city for a minimum qualifying period, we know each other, and our respective businesses, very well.
This means that when we are dealing with a number of clients in a chain, we can work together to ensure the best possible outcome. The processes and procedures remain the same, but the fact that we know each other and we all commit to a common service level agreement, offers significant benefit for our clients.
Individually as agents, we offer the very best in estate agency today, but when combined, we are able to provide a level of service that is truly second to none.
